I began my career at 23 in sales, marketing, and retail. For 15 years, I passionately pursued sales results… and also felt the frustration of sometimes working with uninspiring, emotionally disconnected leaders.
After a deep personal and professional transformation at 38, and recognizing the needs of 21st-century sales teams, I created the Retail Coaching method. It merges professional coaching tools, Emotional, Intelligence techniques and NLP with KPIs and excellence in commercial relationships.

This is how we launched Capkelenn, with Viviane Huido, in 2009.
We co-founded CapKelenn in September 2009, a brilliant, multicultural executive with a solid career in Retail and Marketing at international companies, now an executive PCC coach. Partners in life and business, with Viviane, we are guided by a common passion for excellence, human connection, and impactful leadership, in areas of life.
Together, we crafted and refined a methodology that transforms managers into true leader-coaches who lead through listening, challenge, and empathy. Our purpose is to create spaces where each conversation becomes an opportunity for human connection, inspiration, and transformation, even in the most challenging moments.
